NOOSChain is Noosware’s permissioned blockchain for governed data and trusted multi-party collaboration. It is designed for environments where organisations need to share a verifiable history without giving one party central control. By combining data integrity, controlled access and consistent shared state, NOOSChain provides a reliable foundation for recording, verifying and exchanging information across complex ecosystems.
Its granular permission model keeps data sharing precise. Records can be public, restricted to one owner or shared with defined organisations and groups. Per-record and per-bucket encryption protects sensitive content, while replication policies determine where data may travel, where it must remain and which nodes may retain it. Participants share what is necessary while preserving ownership, confidentiality and data-residency boundaries.
NOOSChain supports two complementary forms of programmability. Deterministic smart contracts run on-chain, ensuring every validator applies the same authorised rules to the same ordered state. Compute-to-data workloads bring approved scripts, containerised applications and AI models to nodes that are authorised to access protected data. The data remains within its permitted environment, while execution results, artifacts and provenance are recorded through the blockchain.
Built for data governance, supply chains, AI ecosystems and cross-organisation infrastructure, NOOSChain creates a trustworthy view of data, ownership and activity without relying on a central authority. It reduces ambiguity, strengthens coordination and makes automated processes independently verifiable. The result is a practical, production-ready trust layer engineered for real-world deployment—from enterprise environments to European research and innovation initiatives.
