Value Network Analysis (VNA)
We use Value Network Analysis (VNA) to analyse, evaluate and model the interactions of actors in a business ecosystem. VNA enables us to understand how tangible and intangible assets are converted into value, and how value is created for each involved actor and for the whole ecosystem as well.
To explore how multiple stakeholders collaborate and innovate, we established three methodological steps:
Stage 1 – Define relevant case studies
Stage 2 – Apply key economic dynamics concepts
Stage 3 – Formalise models by developing a five-step tailor-made VNA
In the final step, the formalisation process leads to the design of business models and governance structure of networks that improve competences, value propositions and capabilities of the engaged actors, and turn any added value into revenues.
